1. On-site survey and design: We will conduct on-site measurements of doorway dimensions, wall structure, and floor level differences. In conjunction with the overall decoration style of the banquet hall, we will finalize the solid wood material, style, carving patterns, and hardware configuration, and produce renderings and construction drawings to confirm the quotation plan.

2. Contract signing and raw material preparation: After finalizing the plan, a customization contract is signed. The factory selects and kilns solid wood substrates, which undergo dehumidification and anti-cracking treatment to avoid deformation problems later. At the same time, special hardware accessories such as door locks, hinges, and door closers are purchased.

3. Factory processing and manufacturing: Cut the wood according to the drawings, assemble the door frame, carry out carving and engraving, rough and fine sanding, apply primer and multiple coats of topcoat, and provide moisture-proof and wear-resistant protection to complete the integrated processing of door leaf and door frame.

4. Trial assembly, packaging and delivery: Pre-assemble and check the opening and closing and gap matching in the factory, wrap with protective film and reinforce with wooden frame, and deliver to the project construction site by special vehicle.

5. On-site installation and commissioning: Construction personnel fix the door frame, calibrate the verticality, hoist the solid wood door, install the complete set of hardware, and test the tightness of the switches and the sealing performance.

6. Final Acceptance and Maintenance: Repair any damage or scratches from installation, clean the site, have the client verify the appearance and functionality to complete acceptance, and then provide after-sales warranty service.
